As Web Science enters its third decade, this panel brings together senior members of the Web Science Trust network to reflect on the field’s trajectory and future directions. Panelists will discuss key challenges—including AI-driven transformation, trust, and governance—and consider how the Web Science community can advance interdisciplinary research over the next 20 years. Each panelist will highlight research challenges faced in their own work, and talk to future directions guide by their current research.
