We offer two types of tickets: “Main Conference and Workshops” (MainConf+WS) and “Workshops only” (WShop Day only) in the usual three price categories (early/standard/late) for ACM and ACM Non-Members. Please see the pricing chart below.
Registration fees for MainConf+WS include a reception on May 26 (Tuesday) and the conference dinner on May 28 (Thursday).
Participants can opt to register for the workshop day only (in this case, the reception is not included) by purchasing a WShop Day only ticket. The workshop day features workshops, tutorials, and the PhD symposium.
Please note that for each accepted paper we require at least one author to register for a full registration rate (i.e., as ACM Member or ACM Non-Member). The deadline for author registrations for full papers is March 7 AOE!
If you register as a student or ACM student you must have been a student on an accredited institute the day of the submission deadline. Please provide evidence of your student status (e.g., student’s ID card, a letter from the Head of Department) to the organizing chair shortly after your registration. Please recall from the previous point that at least one author of each paper must register at full rate, i.e., a student registration to present the paper at the conference is of course possible but then another author on the same paper must be registered at full rate in this case.
